1.2 kg marble potatoes (unpeeled, washed and halved)
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
80g butter, chopped
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook for 12 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
3. Place the potatoes in a serving dish. Add the chives and butter, and gently toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
