Ingredients:

1-2 avocados, sliced
1 can tuna flakes in oil, drained
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp olive oil
